It's finally done! 

Cuddin' is a 12' x 24', 288 square foot portable building converted into a one bedroom, one bath unit tiny house cabin. 

Brand new, 12 x 24 portable building converted to a 288 sq foot, 1 bed, 1 bath tiny house. Perfect as a lake house, She Shed, mother-in-law suite, cabin retreat, hunting cabin or an auxiliary dwelling unit (ADU).

Gray with white trim, contrasting maroon galvalume metal roof and front door. New windows, insulated throughout with the R13 and R30 pink stuff. Wired for 110v throughout other than the stove, which is 240v. Hook it up to the grid or run it off the connected 30 AMP generator plug that is used when building it. Pex water line run throughout with sharkbite fittings. Ceiling has been lined with 6" pine tongue and groove. New ceiling fan/light in the living room and bedroom, light and window in the bathroom for ventilation. Electric gable end ceiling exhaust fan for the extra hot days. Walls are 1/2" sheetrock, mold-proof in the bathroom. Flooring is waterproof, wood-look LVP throughout. Interior trim baseboards and windows, done in 1 x 6" pine. Bathroom has new vanity and light, and also custom storage next to the vanity. Hot water is supplied by a new 10 gallon, 120v tank hidden under corner cabinet in the living room.
