 For a building to qualify for our trade-in program, it must meet the following criteria:

• No Liens: The building must be free of any financial obligations, and you must own it outright.
• Gable Style: Currently, only standard gable-style or lean-to buildings are accepted. Barn-style or other types of structures do not qualify.
• Clean and Clear: The building must be clean and free of current occupants and cannot have been used to house pets exclusively, including chickens, dog, cats or other animals.

• Structurally Sound: The exterior walls should not have any large holes or significant damage.
• No Interior Alterations: To be eligible, the building must be an open, unfinished shell. It should not contain any pre-existing interior walls which are closed in, fixtures, or furnishings.
• Good Overall Shape: The building must be in good, movable condition. We will not accept buildings that are rotting, structurally compromised, or show signs of heavy damage.
• Wind Rated: The building must be from one of the manufacturers that are certified to produce buildings in the state of FL and must meet the FL, GA or AL wind rating.

1. Submit your information: To get started, please fill out our online form, we will contact you with where to send your clear, well-lit photos of your portable building. We'll need pictures of all four sides, the inside (looking toward all walls), and the foundation.
2. Receive a quote: Our team will review your photos and the building's specifications. If your building is eligible, we will provide an estimated trade-in value within 48 business hours.
3. Final valuation and agreement: The estimated value will be finalized once we subtract the cost of moving the building to our site. We will then present you with a final offer, which both parties must agree to before proceeding.
4. Complete the purchase: The agreed-upon trade-in value will be applied as a down payment toward your new finished building.
5. Free removal: Once the agreement is signed, we will handle the removal of your old building and deliver your new building.
