building delivery & setup

Our buildings are delivered by licensed, bonded and insured movers who use state of the art equipment to load, deliver, transport and setup our buildings. The mover will setup and level your new building onto concrete blocks supplied by the customer. For an additional costs, the mover can also anchor the building down. We offer free delivery within a 50-mile radius but can accommodate or arrange further deliveries for an additional fee.  

Drains for the sinks, toilet and shower are stubbed out underneath to support transportation. The customer is responsible for hooking up to their own septic and water solutions. Water can be supplied to the building by tying into the water line stubbed out underneath or back feeding the externally supplied spigot.

Units are built and designed to run entirely on 120v power (unless a stove is provided) supplied in many forms. Each unit comes with a Nema L14-30p, 30 AMP 125/250v, 4 prong twist lock receptacle that is wired directly into the electrical panel that can be plugged into a generator. If the customer chooses to hook up the building permanently, a conduit underneath the building provides access to the electrical panel.

NOTE: If the building is hooked up to the grid, the 30 AMP plug should be disconnected in the electrical panel, so power is not back fed to the grid power.
