"CANTY"

"Canty" is a new, 10 x 20, 200 square foot portable building being converted into a one bedroom, one bath tiny house cabin. Canty's navy color, reminded me of my days in the Navy aboard the guided missile frigate, USS Elrod-FFG 55 back in the 80's. While serving aboard the Elrod, I had the pleasure of serving under the leadership of our Chief, QMCM John Canty. We've recently reconnected after 37+ years, I was sure to let him know how instrumental he was in the life of that 18-year-old young Sailor. I hope this further lets him know the influence he had on me.

Brand new, 10 x 20 portable building converted to a 200 sq foot, 1 bed, 1 bath tiny house known as "Canty". Perfect as a lake house, She-Shed, Man Cave, In-law Suite, cabin retreat, hunting cabin, pool house or an auxiliary dwelling unit (ADU).

Navy blue with white trim, gray galvalume metal roof with white shutters. New windows all around. The cabin includes house wrap, radiant barrier and baffles in the ceiling, soffit vent cups and gable end ventilation and fiberglass insulation in the ceiling and walls. It has been wired for 110v throughout including the cooktop. Hook it up to the grid or run it off the connected 30 AMP generator plug that is used when building it. Pex water line run throughout with sharkbite fittings. Ceiling have been lined with 6" pine tongue and groove, walls are 1/2" drywall, mold resistent in the bathroon. New ceiling fan/lights in the living room and bedroom (pending), a 24x36 window in the bathroom for ventilation. Flooring is waterproof, wood-look LVP throughout. Interior trim baseboards and windows, done in pine and MDF. Bathroom has new vanity and light, and also custom storage next to the vanity. Hot water is supplied by a new 10 gallon, 120v tank hidden under the storage tower next to the bathroom. The kitchen includes white cabinets with black knobs.

The cabin includes the furnishing and decorations. I have a few detail items that I need finish up, like trim painting, touch-up paint and install the new ceiling fans that I ordered.

I travel frequently for work; therefore, showings are by appointment only. I DO NOT offer financing or RTO options at the moment.

Longer moves outside of the area are extra. I can estimate moving cost for longer moves and can get a more accurate cost for serious buyers.
