 This used 12x32 portable building got its name, 'Elvis' from the affinity for the Pressley family by its previous owner. Elvis will be converted into a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath backwoods bungalow.

12 x 32 Cook Portable Wearhouse converted to a 384 sq foot, 1 bed, 1 bath tiny house known as "Elvis". Perfect as a lake house, She-Shed, Man Cave, In-law Suite, cabin retreat, hunting cabin, pool house or an Auxiliary Dwelling Unit (ADU) for an adult child.

Green siding with white trim, light brown, 50-year architectural shingles. Custom mudroom greets you at the entry to the cabin. The front of the cabin includes (4) new 28x46 windows while the back includes a 36x36 window in the bedroom, a 32x36 window over the kitchen sink and back door. The cabin includes R13 fiberglass insulation in the walls and R30 in the ceiling. Pex water line has been ran throughout with SharkBite fittings. Ceiling have been lined with 6" pine tongue and groove, walls are 1/2" drywall, mold-resistant in the bathroom. New ceiling fan/lights in the living room and bedroom, a bathroom exhaust fan with light is included for ventilation. Flooring is water-resistant, wood-look laminate throughout. Interior trim baseboards and windows, done in 3/4" painted pine. Hot water is supplied by a new 10 gallon, 120v hot water heater in the bedroom closet. The kitchen includes beautifully painted white cabinets with black accent knobs and pulls.

Longer moves outside of the area are extra. I can estimate moving cost for longer moves and can get a more accurate cost for serious buyers. Plumbing is stubbed out underneath.
