"half pint"

 "Half Pint", named for the 1970 series, 'Little House on The Prairie'. "Half Pint" is a 10' x 20', 200 square foot portable building being converted into a one bedroom, one bath backyard ADU. 'Half Pint' white on white color scheme will resemble the old house of the times of the TV series.

New, black windows all around. The cabin includes house wrap, radiant barrier and baffles in the ceiling, soffit vent cups and gable end ventilation and fiberglass insulation in the ceiling and walls. It has been wired for 110v throughout other than the stove, which is 220v. Hook it up to the grid or run it off the connected 30 AMP generator plug that is used when building it. Pex water line run throughout with sharkbite fittings. Ceiling and most walls have been lined with 6" pine tongue and groove giving it a rustic look. New, black ceiling fan/lights in the living room and bedroom, light and window in the bathroom for ventilation. Walls that are not wood are 1/2" sheetrock, mold-proof in the bathroom. Flooring is waterproof, wood-look LVP throughout. Interior trim baseboards and windows, done in 1 x 6" pine. Bathroom has new vanity and light, and also custom storage next to the vanity. Hot water is supplied by a new 6 gallon, 120v tank hidden under the refrigerator. The kitchen includes white, shaker cabinets, white appliances with black knobs.

$24,500 delivered, setup and leveled within 50 miles or along the route between Bristol, FL and Opelika, AL, including Dothan and surrounding areas. Anchoring is extra. Longer moves outside of the area are extra. I can estimate moving cost for longer moves and can get a more accurate cost for serious buyers. I do not offer any financing or rent to own.
